Top Quality!
I love this breakfast sausage. It is lightly sweet and mildly seasoned. I can taste the meat in the sausage (unlike American style sausage). I want to have this in my refrigerator at all times. It comes in casing, which holds in the moisture. They are about 4 inches in length and just under 1 inch in diameter. To me, that is perfectly sized for breakfast.
