Hickory Smoked Turkey
This is our 3rd hickory smoked turkey from the Wursthaus. It arrived from Herman to our home in Utah in 3 days, just as promised! It is shrink wrapped and looks great. This has become our Christmas treat and we are sure this turkey will be as fine tasting as the last two. If you can't live in Herman, this is the next best thing!

FANTASTIC!!! This delicately hickory smoked turkey was moist and full of flavor. It is the best smoked turkey our family has ever had. What a Thanksgiving feast! This is the start of a tradition.

Smoked Whole Turkey
PROS: arrived on time; tasted great; easy to reheat; yes, I'd reorder one.
CONS: It is smallish, but did serve a family of four with some leftovers (but not much).
TIP: Take the aluminum foil off for the final 15 minutes so it browns up nicely. -
Smoked Whole Turkey
After visiting Hermann Wurst at the 2018 Octoberfest we ordered two smoked turkeys. We used one for Thanksgiving and one a latter date. Both were great. We were really impressed with how moist and flavorful they were. We will be ordering two more this year, 2019.
In prior years we used a well known smoked turkey company from Texas. Hermann Wurst's were really a cut above.
