I've never had sack sausage before and biting into this for the first time...Wow! It has a very unique homemade taste from the smokiness to the spices. Basically, you can taste the hominess in it. The smokiness reminded me of bacon in sausage form. Really good, great to always have on hand to use as an ingredient in other dishes or to enjoy on its own!

Country Style Hickory Smoked Sack Sausage
I really enjoyed this sausage but I tend to prefer sausage both spicy and hot. I think for the average person this sausage would be great but I prefer a little more spice and heat.
