Hermann Wurst Haus Snack Sticks

The Hermann Wurst Haus recently won several awards for our artisan, hand crafted smoked and fresh sausages at the Missouri Association of Meat Processors 76th annual convention in Columbia, Missouri on Saturday March 6th, 2015.


The MAMP convention, one of the largest meat processor events in the United Sates represents meat processors of all sizes. Attendees attend seminars, a 75 booth trade show and a sausage, ham, bacon competition to select the ‘Best of the Wurst”. Entries are judged by a panel of academia, professional sausage makers and student grad students. 

Our snack sticks won Grand Champion!  Our Snack Sticks are made from lean beef and pork seasoned with award-winning spices and seasonings. Great for snacking around the house, at your favorite sporting event or on your next hunting trip!

Other winners were our Best of Show Bratwurst and Peppered Italian Salami - Soppressata.  

Best of Show Bratwurst is a multiple award winning bratwurst.  Made from select lean cuts of pork with added seasonings, spices and a hint of onion and garlic.  Fully cooked and hickory smoked, serve warm to the touch on a pretzel roll and add a wurst Haus beer and your there.

Soppressata is an old-world style salami, made with pork, seasonings, spices and added Hermann Missouri red wine.  Great with cheese, snacks, crackers and your favorite Wurst Haus beverage.  This salami was Best of Missouri Award winner at the Missouri Association of Meat Processors Show.
