Peppered Sweet Bologna is back! 

Wurstmeister Mike stuffs this wonderful product into a cloth casing that is a pepper coated on the inside and when you remove the cloth casing, the pepper stays attached to the Sweet Bologna. What you get is a little bit of sweet, a little bit of heat and a whole lot of goodness. Slice thin for your favorite sandwiches, cheese, snacks or crackers. It also goes well with our Wurst Haus Steamboat Smoked Ale served at room temperature, which brings out the smoked overtones and hint of chocolate.
