After a 2 year hiatus, Hermann's Wurstfest is back on March 26 & 27! It's our national holiday for "wursts".

Professional meat processors attend from all over Missouri, with samples and products for sale at two Wurstfest locations; Stone Hill Winery and Hermannhof Festhalle. More highlights - Professional and amateur sausage-making competition, Kraut making class, German dancing and music. 

Hermann Wurst Haus will also be serving samples and selling sausage at the Stone Hill Winery Wurstfest location, Saturday & Sunday. Wurstfest Hours: Saturday 9 am-5 pm, Sunday 10 am-4 pm

• German Bratwurst Platter, two of our award-winning bratwursts, served on a bed of sauerkraut with your choice of two sides (we suggest you try our red cabbage, warm German Potato Salad) for $18.99.
• 12 oz. Smoke Pork Chop served on a bed of sauerkraut, with your choice of two sides
• Brat on a Bun, served with sauerkraut and German mustard- $7.99
• German Schnitzel, seasoned, breaded pork loin topped with delicious German toppings, $8.99
• Cattleman's Brisket, served on a Potato Bun, pit smoked beef brisket is piled high with a sweet/smoky BBQ sauce and melted Swiss cheese - $8.99
• Hermann Hawg BBQ - Served on a Potato Bun, hickory-smoked pulled pork with a sweet & smoky sauce topped with crispy coleslaw - $8.99
• Turkey & Swiss Sandwich - Served on a Potato Bun, thinly sliced smoked turkey breast with Swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion and German mustard - $8.99
• Ribeye Steak Sandwich - Seasoned Ribeye steak grilled, with or without steak sauce and served on a bun - $8.99
• Braunschweiger Sandwich - served on a bun with Swiss cheese, onions, and German mustard - $8.99
