Do you still have that deer meat from last season waiting to be made into sausage? We can help you out!
There is still time to bring in your clean, boneless deer to make into some great sausage, salami, bratwurst, Sweet Bologna, snack sticks or jerky.
All sausages and bratwurst are handcrafted by two-time hall of famer, Wurstmeister Mike Sloan.

We have 21 different flavors of sausage available to make with your deer meat. Each order is kept separate as long as you meet the minimum weight requirement (12.5 lbs.) of deer meat per selection.
New flavors this year:
- Summer Sausage with Cranberries & Hot Pepper Cheese (Wurst Haus staff favorite:)
- Breakfast Sausage Links (Great served with eggs and biscuits)
- Peppered Sweet Bologna (Wurstmeister Mike's favorite)
- Teriyaki Snack Sticks (Your kids will love you forever...)
