Authentic and Delicious!
Since attending a gumbo-making class in New Orleans a year ago, I have been searching for authentic Andouille in the St. Louis area. I couldn't find a single one made with chopped meat (instead of ground), and none had the right spicy, smoky flavor. A friend taking your sausage class knew of our Andouille search and brought us a pack to try. I cannot say enough good things! Your Andouille is exactly right - great texture and great flavor! And the fact I can order online makes me incredibly happy! I placed my first order on Sunday, and already received it today (Tuesday). Thank you!
