We Have Hickory Smoked Turkeys for Thanksgiving

One of our favorites to serve at Thanksgiving is our Hermann Wurst Haus Hickory Smoked Turkey.  They are fully cooked and only require heating so you don’t have to get up at the crack of dawn to get it in the oven. 

What makes Smoked Turkey so good?  The smoking creates a moist, tender turkey with a savory, smoky flavor that is simply delicious.    

Our smoked turkeys are ready to warm in the oven or serve at room temperature.  We recommend heating the turkey because the heat brings out more of the turkey’s natural juices and flavors. 

To reheat, cover the turkey with aluminum foil and place it in a 300-degree oven for 2-4 hours until the turkey's internal temperature reaches 140 to 150 degrees. It is already cooked, so you just need to warm it.  Don’t go over 150 degrees or the turkey will dry out.
