Soppressata is the most well known of the Italian salami, a naturally air-dried Italian dry salame. A flavorful, robust salame, made with ground pork, seasoned with paprika, black pepper, red pepper, black peppercorns, other spices and red wine!
This rich salame is delicious as a quick snack, on an antipasti plate, perfect with flavorful cheeses, and served with robust Hermann wines and Hermann Wurst Haus Beers.
