We have also added Raw Hack to our list of specialty products.  Raw Hack is a German New Year’s tradition that we continue here in Hermann.  It is finely ground beefsteak, or steak tartar.  It is served in a heap on a plate surrounded by chopped onions, chopped dill pickles, pickled beets, Dijon mustard and spices such as paprika, salt and pepper and served with rolls.
