German Bologna Pasta Salad Recipe


2 cups Hermann Wurst Haus Grand Champion German Bologna

1 lb. penne pasta

1 large tomato, diced

1 green bell pepper, diced

1 red bell pepper, diced

1 cup black olives, sliced

6-8 green onions, sliced

6 oz. Pepper Jack cheese, cubed

6 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, cubed

12 oz. balsamic vinaigrette or Italian salad dressing


Cook the pasta according to the directions and drain. 

Slice the German Bologna into 1/4 inch slices, then quarter.

Combine tomato, peppers, green onions, olives, cheese, and German Bologna in a large bowl. Gently stir in pasta and pour dressing over mixture. Serve immediately or chill. Serves 20.
