Our Bavarian Chicken has been so popular at the Friday and Saturday Night Dinners that we have to share with you the secret to its flavor.  Bacon.

Our chefs, Julie and Tim Schrope, have created their take on the traditional Bavarian Chicken recipe.  Their secret ingredient is Bourbon Pepper Bacon.  They oven roast chicken with herbs and top it with our Bourbon Pepper Bacon.  Every bite is crispy and flavorful!  Everything really is better with bacon you know.
