March 17 – St. Pat’s Day Specials

We are featuring our Reuben Brat, made with pork, seasonings, spices, caraway, Kraut, Thousand Island dressing, and Swiss cheese all infused into the brat served on a delicious pretzel bun.

March 26 & 27 – Wurstfest

Hermann's annual Wurstfest, is our national holiday for our "wursts". Samples all day long till we run out, then we're gonna stuff more while you help hold it (Ha Ha, the casing). Enjoy the "Wurst" meal you ever had at the Hermann Wurst Haus. We'll be having our German Bratwurst Plate, your choice of two of our award-winning bratwursts, served on a bed of sauerkraut with your choice of two sides (we suggest you try our red cabbage, warm German Potato Salad) for $18.99. Hermann Wurst Haus will also be serving samples and selling sausage at the Stone Hill Winery Wurstfest location, Saturday & Sunday.

April – National BLT Month

For the month of April in honor of National BLT Sandwich month, we are offering our Wurst Haus BLT Sandwich with award winning, sugar-cured, hickory smoked house bacon, lettuce, tomato, onion on Ciabatta bread with chips and pickle. Add a Wurst Haus beer for only $5.00. Our bacon (12 flavors) is also available by the package, conveniently packaged in 1 lb. packages.

We are serving our All You Can Eat Wurst Breakfast Saturday and Sunday 8 am-12 pm.  Our deli will be Our menu showcases award-winning bratwurst, hickory-smoked pulled pork, pork steaks, pork burgers, smoked chicken, hickory pit-smoked ribs, deli meat sandwiches, house-made side dishes and much more. Wurst beers will be available for sale from the Brewmeister and Wurst beer girls.

Come in pick up some of our IPA beers such as our Wurst Haus Steamboat Smoked Ale, which has a black and smoked malt character that carries out the smoky flavor.  This would pair perfectly with any Wurst Haus smoked meat.  5.6% alcohol by volume, serve at cellar temperature between 54-57 degrees.

Did you know we are big fans of Missouri wine? We sell wines from area wineries. Wine and wursts are a culinary delight!

Perfect time to sample, taste and purchase our Bacon Potato Cheddar, fully cooked, hickory smoked bratwurst.  Pork, seasonings, spices, with added potatoes, added cheddar and our award-winning house bacon.  Add a 6 pack of our Wurst Sodas (6 flavors) and your meal is complete.  

September 5 -- Wurst Haus 11th Year Anniversary

Labor Day, end of summer but beginning of fall, our favorite time of year, but there is another special event on this day.  The Hermann Wurst Haus turns 11 today, can you believe that?!!!  Who would've thought?  Anyway, stop in for some Wurst cake on Sunday, but come early, it won't last all day!

It's Sausage Month at the Hermann Wurst Haus. A great time for the "Wurst" month with "Wurst" specials every day!

October -- Octoberfest All Weekends

Octoberfest - All weekends in October. Try our Brat on a Bun! Wurstmeister Mike recommends our German Potato Salad made with our house bacon and red cabbage. On select weekends, we will have a roving accordion player. The Wurst Cart will be on the street selling the best Wurst Friday and Saturday evenings. Also don't forget about our Wurst beers (6 flavors) available by the bottle, 6-pack or draft.

October 2 -- Name Your Car Day

Come in and introduce yourself in your best TV Talk Show Host voice and get a free snack stick!

October 24 -- National Bologna Day

Our German Bologna makes a great sandwich or a tasty snack with crackers. What makes it German-style is that it has less water which creates a meaty flavor because it is course ground. Wurstmeister Mike said, "This was my first National Grand Champion winner in 1997 and the judge told me it won because it had more meat flavor, less water flavor. I told him thank you!" Stop in, sample and taste test for yourself - you be the judge and see if he got it right. Also 2016 International Gold medal winner at IFFA/German Butchers Association contest!
