National Lager Day is Tuesday, December 10th!  Help us celebrate this national holiday by raising a glass of Wurst Haus Butchers Block Lager. 

Lager is the preferred style of beer in the world, and in the US, beer drinkers prefer lagers two to one over ales and three to one over IPA's and stouts according to an
Anheuser-Busch InBev survey .

What is a lager?

Lagers are a German style of beer which is fermented with cool fermenting yeasts.  These yeasts are bottom fermenter yeasts, which hang out in the bottom of the fermenter during fermentation.  The flavors developed are less yeast driven flavors, but more clean-tasting with grain and hop flavors.

We produce a hand-crafted lager, Butcher's Block Lager, which is a crisp, light-bodied Vienna-style lager.
