Definitely a crowd favorite!! A bratwurst with a great balance of flavors; sweet, caramelized pears with slightly, salty Gorgonzola cheese and then hickory-smoked. A perfect combination! Reheating required.

Best brat ever... My family loved them!
I was in Hermann, MO for a wedding back in 2014 and before we left town to go home we stopped at the Wurst Haus for lunch. I tried the carmelized pear & Gorgonzola brats and fell in love. Recently, I got a craving for them so I purchased them online since I live about 4 hours away. My family loved them. We all agree that they are the best brats we have eaten, to date, and are well worth the purchase. The shopping was very fast and the brats were packaged the perfect way to prevent spoilage or damage.

This has got to be the best sausage I have ever eaten! I discovered this little place along the MR340 kayak race from Kansas City to St. Louis. The pear and gorgonzola is absolutely amazing!! The whole town of Hermann is a delightful place to visit. They have done an incredible job of celebrating, showing off, and living their German heritage! Love it!!
