Our themed Sausage Making 101 Classes have been a hit so we are continuing to add popular topics to the class schedule in 2014!

Mark your calendars and register now for the Bratwurst and Pork Sausage Making 101 Class, February 15 at 10 am and 2 pm.  Get the guy's together or have a girl's getaway trip and have some great fun!

Wurstmeister Mike will show you the fine art of making bratwurst and pork sausage.  Learn how to make different flavors and varieties of bratwursts and pork sausage.  He will cover topics such as mixing, grinding, how to enhance flavors, smoking and cooking techniques plus more.   

Class is by reservation only, will begin at 10 am and 2 pm and will last approximately 2 - 2½ hours. Tickets are $49 per person and includes lunch, a beer and bratwurst tasting, a friendly sausage cook-off, 2 pounds of sausage (that you made) and a Wurst Haus goody bag.  Participants receive 10% discount on in store purchases that day.  10% discount can be applied to Wurst Haus products, sausage making supplies and equipment.  Attendance is limited to 16 people, so don't delay, classes fill up fast.
