Our Bratwurst and Breakfast links are sold by weight; bratwurst is sold in 14 oz. packages, with 4 links/package except Currywurst, which has 3 links plus sauce/package. Our Maple Blueberry Breakfast Sausage and Maple Breakfast Sausage are sold in 12 oz. packages, with 12 - 1 oz. links/package. Our Hickory Smoked Wieners are packaged 8 franks/15 oz. package. Our Gourmet Style Frankfurters are packaged 4 franks/14 oz. package.

    We were celebrating our 1 year anniversary last July in Hermann, bought 15 packages of different brats. Everyone in the family absolutely loved them. It is going to be later this summer before we can get back in person so we ordered on line. They arrived within 2 days and we are ready to start grilling again. Fantastic place and great brats so many to choose from does make it hard to just get 10!! LOL

    Having the option to purchase online was great. We would normally trek to Hermann to refill our freezer but this year we couldn't. They had everything in stock and it arrived in 36 hours after ordering. Best brats west of the Mississippi.

    It cooks very well, not salty with AMAZING FLAVOR. Can be grilled, sautéed, baked, or air fried w/pasta, gumbo, or buns. Would highly recommend for a holiday favorite.

    Excellent chorizowursts.

    Made choripollo with chorizowursts last night. Very tasty. Just chopped up the cooked chorizowursts and added them to my chicken with onions. Served on tortillas with queso. Wasn't much different from when I get it at the local Mexican restaurant.

    The other wurst have been great too.

    100% fantastic! I can not praise the flavor of each of these brats enough. And the price isn’t bad. I’d give 10 stars, seriously. Highly recommended for anyone that wants a taste a Germany, or to even try flavors I would never have thought about i.e. pizza! I’m a fan!
