Reuben - A Reuben sandwich in a bratwurst! Our fully cooked, Reuben-style bratwurst is made with freshly ground pork, Swiss cheese, Thousand Island dressing, sauerkraut, caraway seeds, milk, pork seasonings, sugar, potato starch, and carrot fiber. Great served with a Tin Mill beer. Reheating required.
Caramelized Pear & Gorgonzola - Definitely a crowd favorite!! A bratwurst with a great balance of flavors; sweet, caramelized pears with slightly, salty Gorgonzola cheese, milk, wheat, pork seasonings, sugar, potato starch, and carrot fiber, and then hickory smoked. A perfect combination! Reheating required.
Beer & Cheddar - A hickory-smoked bratwurst made with pork, seasoning, spices, in-house brewed, German-Style beer, milk, and cheddar cheese. Wurstmeister Mike’s 3 favorite things are bratwurst, beer and cheese -- definitely one of his favorites: the perfect meal. Pork seasonings, sugar, potato starch, and carrot fiber. Reheating required.
Jalepeno & Cheddar - Packed with flavor, cheese and a little kick! Made from premium pork, pork seasonings, spices, added jalapenos, milk, cheddar cheese, sugar, potato starch, and carrot fiber. A little heat and a lotta cheese! Grill and slice on pizza, tacos, nachos and salads!
Pineapple & Bacon - A unique bratwurst made with pork, seasonings, spices, added Grand Champion House Bacon, added pineapple, brown sugar, pork seasonings, sugar, potato starch, and carrot fiber. Slice and add to pizza or salads. Fully cooked, hickory smoked. Just heat and serve.

Brats Put Ho Ho Ho In Gifts
The Hermannwurstaus is one our favorite places when we visit St Louis to see the Cardinals. So, why wait for opening day to have a variety of special crafted brats?
We sent the "Brat of the Month" package to our friends for Christmas plus ordering the "Bacon Package" for ourselves. The ordering online was simple and quick.
The two day shipping to Georgia was perfect and when our brats and bacon arrived they were packaged in a cooler, therma wrapped and had frozen packs still hard.
One of our friends opened their box and stated cooking. They could not wait.
So, the brats and bacon brought smiles when our friends said "thank you."
