Wurstmeister Mike has bundled his favorites from recent wurst competitions for our Wurst Award Winning Bundle!

Our Wurst Award Winning Bundle includes winners from the 2016 Hermann Wurstfest, an annual sausage competition. This prestigious event attracts amateur and professional sausage makers from throughout Missouri, Illinois and Indiana. Judges evaluated 210 entries in 24 professional and amateur categories.

Wurstmeister Mike put together a variety pack of his favorite Wurstfest medal winners which includes:

  • Smoked Jerky; 1 - 3 1/2 oz. pkg
    • The original fast food, slow cooked and hickory smoked for a great tasting treat. Jerky is a beloved dried snack for campers, hunters and folks who just need a savory, healthy high protein snack.
  • Blutwurst (Blood Sausage); 1 - 12 oz. pkg
    • An old-worlde favorite, great for breakfast with eggs and buttered toast.
  • Schwartenmagen; 1- 12 oz. pkg
    • A gourmet sausage, made from quality pork head meat, gelatin, spices, salt and pepper. Great on a sandwich with mustard and mayo and your favorite Wurst Haus beer!
  • Italian Sausage; 1 - 14 oz pkg (4 links)
    • A fresh bratwurst made with pork, Italian seasonings and spices. Excellent served on a bun with sautéed bell peppers and onions alongside a glass of an award-winning Missouri wine. Cooking required.
  • Leberwurst (Liverwurst); 1- 1lb. pkg
    • Similar version of our Grand Champion Braunschweiger, except course ground for added definition. Great with crackers and cheese for a snack.
  • Original Bratwurst; 1 - 14 oz pkg (4links)
    • The Wurst Haus is our signature bratwurst; made with a blend of pork, seasonings, spices and a hint of onion and garlic. For the perfect lunch, serve on marble-rye bread with sauerkraut and a glass of award-winning Missouri wine! Cooking required.
  • Beef Summer Sausage; 1 - 8 oz stick
    • Beef, from round, seasoned, spiced, hickory smoked and slightly fermented. Shelf stable, no refrigeration required.
  • Pork Sausage Links; 1 - 12 oz pkg of 12 links
    • Fresh lean ground pork seasoned with a secret blend of spices. Great for breakfast with eggs and toast!
  • Sweet Peppered Bologna; 1 - 12 oz pkg
    • Stuffed into a cloth lined bag lined with pepper, then transfered to our smokehouse for 5 hours. During the smoking process, the pepper is transfered to the sweet bologna when we remove the casing. One of Assistant Wurstmeister Patrick's favorites, to make and eat! Great with cheese, snacks, crackers or on a sandwich with added Wurst Haus bacon for a Peppered Sweet Bologna Club.
