• Wife Appreciation Day - Show your wife some appreciation today by bringing her to the Wurst Haus for lunch. I appreciate my "Wurst" wife so much she gets lunch at the Wurst Haus everyday and she hardly ever complains, so come on guys, join us for lunch!

Friday, Sept. 25:

• Fall Hours & Dinner Specials - We have new fall hours, open Friday & Saturday night until 8 pm now through October. We are serving Friday and Saturday night Dinner Specials! Dinner special menu will change daily; always offering Bratwurst Platter ($12.99) and one of the following; Steak, BBQ Ribs or Garlic Butter Chicken Breasts ($14-$15). Our daily Sandwich menu is also available.

Saturday, Sept. 26:

• Breakfast Buffet - Serving a breakfast buffet Saturday and Sunday from 8-11 am! Grand Champion Hickory Smoked Bacon, award-Winning Country-Style Smoked Pork Sausage, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, muffins, and fruit for $7.99 plus tax, drinks are extra. (one trip). Not that hungry? We have a mini breakfast; biscuits and gravy, fruit and muffin for $4.99 plus tax, drinks extra.
• Wurst Making 101 Class 10 am - Learn, hands-on, the German tradition of sausage making. Join two-time hall of famer Wurstmeister Mike Sloan for this VIP event that's both informative and entertaining. Mike will show you the ropes of sausage making and cover topics such as, mixing and grinding techniques, ingredients, types of casings, safe handling, smoking and cooking times and much more. Class is by reservation only, will begin at 10 am and will last approximately 2 - 2½ hours. Tickets are $59 per person and includes a wurst lunch, a wurst, wine and beer tasting, 2-3 pounds of sausage (that you made) and a Wurst Haus goody bag. Participants receive 10% discount on in store purchases that day. Attendance is limited to 16 people, call 573-486-2266 to reserve your spot.
• Martin Brothers Winery Wine Tasting - Martin Brothers Winery from Hermann will be serving samples of their wines from 10-4 pm. Stop by and enjoy our Wurst samples.
