Pork Sausage and Rice Skillet Recipe

This is one of our favorite quick recipes you can whip up in 30 minutes for your hungry family.

Pork Sausage and Rice Skillet  

1 lb. Wurst Haus Pork Sausage

2 cups canned tomatoes, undrained

16 oz. kidney beans

1 cup dry rice

1 cup water

2/3 cup salsa

salt & pepper to taste

Brown pork sausage.  Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.  Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 to 25 minutes or until rice is tender.  Serves 6.

Enjoy with  Hermann Wurst Haus beer!
