Now Offering Custom Sevices for Venison Bacon and Hickory Smoked Venison Ham

We do custom services like Venison Bacon and Venison Smoked Ham.  

For Venison Hickory Smoked Hams, we use the venison hind leg and sugar cure and hickory smoke it to perfection.  It will be fully cooked, just like a pork ham.  We can leave it whole for your Thanksgiving or Christmas meal.  Or we can cut it in half for two meals, or we can slice the ham for several meals.  Serve it for breakfast for a special treat.  

Processing cost - $15/ham, allow 2-3 weeks to process

For Venison Bacon, we use your venison, our pork, seasoned like bacon, smoked like bacon, sliced like bacon. You prepare it like bacon for your favorite club sandwich, breakfast or BLT sandwich. 15 lbs. of venison needed.

Processing cost - $3.29/pound, allow 2-3 weeks to process
