We have a new summer sausage at the Hermann Wurst Haus - Smoky Summer Sausage!

Hand cut hickory wood, from Wurstmeister Mike's farm, was used to slow cold smoke this delicately seasoned favorite Wurst.  Naturally aged, no refrigeration required.  Sold by weight.   

It's best served with our Steamboat Smoked Ale.  Stop by and give it a taste!
