Wurstmeister Mike has created a German-style Landjaegger sausage, which is a traditional German snack food. 

It is a blend of coarsely ground lean beef and pork, which is blended with freshly cracked black pepper.  It is molded flat and then hickory smoked to perfection.

Also known as "hunter sausage", it is the perfect snack for hiking through the woods or on your next hunting trip.
