Wurstmeister Mike has been busy creating new menu items to add to the deli menu. We will still have menu favorites, Bratwurst Plate, Brat on a bun and more of course, but are adding some tasty new items that feature our Wurst Haus meats such as:
Sweet Southern Molasses Grilled Pork Loin Chop - Our boneless pork loin chop is seasoned & grilled with added molasses sauce. The Sweet Southern Molasses Sauce is available for purchase by the bottle.
Bison Bacon Cheeseburger - 1/3 LB. grilled bison burger from Crown Valley Winery Ranch, topped with our Haus made Grand Champion Bacon and cheese.
Apple Butter BBQ Sauce Smoked Pork Loin Chop - Awesome thick cut pork served with our Haus made Apple Butter BBQ Sauce, sugar cured and delicately smoked.
Hot Ham & Swiss Sandwich - Thin sliced Wurst Haus made ham, piled high and topped with Swiss cheese.
Garlic Butter Marinated Chicken Club - Our garlic butter chicken breast with Haus made bacon on a brioche bun.
Grilled Ham & Caramelized Pear with Gorgonzola Cheese - Our Grand champion Sugar Cured Ham topped with caramelized pear with Gorgonzola cheese.
Grand Champion Bacon and Tomato Melt - Our Grand Champion Haus Bacon piled high and topped with cheese, tomato and butter.
Chicken, Bacon and Guacamole Sandwich - Our marinated chicken breast, Haus made Grand Champion Bacon and guacamole.
Schnitzel Cordon Bleu - Breaded, seasoned, tenderized pork loin with Haus made Black Forest Ham and topped with Swiss cheese.
Schnitzel on Kraut - Breaded, seasoned, tenderized pork loin served with our Haus made sauerkraut and jaeger sauce.
Twice Baked Potato - Almost a meal by itself with Haus bacon, added cheddar cheese, herbs and spices....$4.99
Soup of the Day - cup $1.99 or bowl $2.99
Charcuterie Plate - Our Haus made Salami, summer Sausage and Andouille served with crackers and cheese curds, serves four....$9.99
Main menu items will be served with chips and a pickle for $8.99 or with your choice of two sides for $12.99.
