Wurstmeister Mike has been busy creating new bratwurst flavors in the Wurst kitchen, and his newest flavor is Pineapple and Bacon Bratwurst.

A unique bratwurst made with pork, seasonings, spices, added Grand Champion House Bacon, added pineapple bits and a touch of brown sugar. It's a little sweet, a little savory and packed with flavor.  It is fully cooked and hickory smoked, so just heat and serve.  Slice and add to pizza or salads for a twist on traditional fare. 

Our favorite recipe is to dice the bratwurst and sauté with cooked rice, peas, onions, and egg for homemade fried rice.  Very tasty and easy to make.
