Habenero Bratwurst!  

A unique bratwurst made with lean pork and delicately spiced with Habenero, brown sugar and added mango.  It's a little hot with a touch of mango sweetness and packed with flavor. It is fully cooked and hickory smoked, so just heat and serve.
