Our latest new bratwurst flavor, German-Style Currywurst, is a special dish we have been serving in the deli for years.  Wurstmeister Mike decided to create a bratwurst that incorporates the flavorful curry sauce in the bratwurst itself.  He's quite happy with the results, and you will have to stop by or order some for yourself!

What is Currywurst?

Currywurst is Germany's favorite fast food, sold as a snack food by street venders in Germany.  Traditionally, it is a grilled sausage, cut into chunks, covered with a curry-tomato sauce.  Germans are crazy for Currywurst, even dedicating a museum in Berlin, Germany, to this flavorful sausage snack. 

Our Currywurst is a Germanic, European-style bratwurst that is fully cooked, hickory smoked with an added curry sauce. Great as a sandwich or as a main entree. Reheating required.
