We are big fans of Sriracha sauce around here and it was just a matter of time before he perfected the recipe. That's what Wurstmeister Mike does on cold winter nights, he sample tastes tests his own creations!

This recipe has a little sweetness, a little hotness and a lot of flavor! Made from lean pork, seasonings, spices and added Sriracha sauce! Hickory smoked and fully cooked. Reheating required.
