Our Wurst Making 101 classes are great for sausage makers of all skill levels! We are a hands-on wurst making class, so come ready to wear an apron, turn a crank and get your hands on a sausage casing!

Learn some of Wurstmeister Mike's best recipes! 

Mike will show you the ropes of German sausage making and cover topics such as:

  • Mixing and grinding techniques
  • Ingredients
  • Types of casings
  • Safe handling
  • Smoking and cooking times
  • And much more

You won't leave hungry! Not only will you be served a wurst meal, but you will be treated to a wurst, wine and beer tasting, a Wurst Haus goody bag, 2 free drink tickets and you take home 2-3 pounds of sausage that you create in the class.

Participants also receive 10% discount on in store purchases that day.
