The Hermann Wurst Haus kicks off the July 4th weekend with specials, great food and new items!  Here's a list of what's going on this weekend at the Hermann Wurst Haus: 

• July 3 - Wurst Haus Brat & Hotdog Cart will be on Gutenberg Street selling our mouth watering sausages before the Steve Leslie Band Concert that starts at 7:30pm at the Amphitheater. Partial proceeds will be donated to the Hermann Cemetery Restoration Fund.
• July 4 - Wurst Haus open 9am - 6pm serving mouth-watering bratwursts, hickory-smoked pulled pork, pit-smoked beef brisket, deli sandwiches and in honor of National Barbequed Spareribs Day, finger licking good Barbequed Spareribs! 

• July 4 - 6pm Wurst Haus Brat & Hot Dog Cart will be on First St. selling our famous brats and hot dogs until 9pm during Hermann's July 4th celebration!  Partial proceeds from Bratwurst Cart sales will be donated to the Hermann Cemetery Restoration Fund.
• July 5 - Wurst Haus open 9am - 6pm.  Enjoy FREE wurst, wine and Hermann Wurst Haus beer samples. Sample Wurstmeister Mike's outstanding bratwursts and sausages.  New Kid's menu and New Craft Soda has arrived!
• July 6 - Wurst Haus open 10am - 4pm.  National Fried Chicken Day.  In honor of this American favorite, our deli special is Fried Chicken Plate with mashed potatoes, & green beans with house bacon.  Enjoy FREE wurst, wine and Hermann Wurst Haus beer samples. Sample Wurstmeister Mike's outstanding bratwursts and sausages. New Kid's menu and New Craft Sodas have arrived!

Don't miss Hermann’s annual Fourth of July celebration which includes a parade, concert, kids games, food and fireworks. Sponsored by the Hermann Area Chamber of Commerce.  Most activities are at the Riverfront Park.

3:00 — Brush & Palette food stand opens

4:00 — Parade starts at 8th and Washington

4:00 — Vendor booths open

4:30 — Registration opens for tractor pull and turtle race

5:30 — Kids tractor pull, followed by turtle race

7:00 — City Band concert at the Amphitheater

9:15 — Fireworks
