We offer free daily wurst samples, every day, all day long.  You can always get a taste of our sausages.  We offer free samples of our Wurst Haus beer and local wines every weekend too!  (We are closed on Tuesday, January and February)

We offer 5 different bratwurst flavors to sample every day.  Throughout the store, you can sample Summer Sausage, German Bologna, Venison Sausage, snack sticks and so many more!    

Our deli serves the 5 featured bratwursts for our daily menu choices for the  Brat on a Bun and German Bratwurst Plate.

Wurst Haus craft beer - Hand crafted and locally produced from the finest ingredients, the brew master created these beers to pair with the most flavorful of our 47 different flavors of state and national champion smoked brats.  

Our four beer flavors:

• Wurstmeister Wheat is a German-style Hefeweizen that's great with a lemon slice.

• Steamboat Smoked Ale has a black and smoked malt flavor that pairs perfectly with any smoked meat.

• Butcher's Block Lager is a crisp, light-bodied Vienna-style lager.

• Golden Buck Ale is a German-style Hefeweizen known for its high alcohol content.

Wurst Soda - Our craft soda is hand-batched by a local company, using traditional recipes with high quality ingredients. We use cane sugar to produce a soda with a richer, more flavorful finish.

Our five flavors:

Root Beer, has a touch of vanilla, tastes like old fashioned homemade root beer

Cream, creamy vanilla flavor with hints of caramel and molasses

Orange, delicious juicy flavors, triggers memories of childhood

Grape, packs a great grape flavor punch!

Black Cherry, reminiscent of fresh picked cherries

We also feature an extensive retail shop with an emphasis on Missouri-made products, gourmet foods and sauces, sausage making supplies and much more. Visit us often, our inventory is always adjusting.
