July 6 is National Fried Chicken Day!  That's right, finger lickin' good chicken, an all American favorite. 

The Hermann Wurst Haus not only knows how to make sausage but Lynette makes a mighty fine batch of fried chicken!  She seasons the chicken with a special secret blend of seasonings, that's been passed down through her family.  Beware, you can't stop eating her chicken! 

In honor of this American favorite, our deli special is a Fried Chicken Plate with mashed potatoes and green beans with house bacon. Mmmm!
