It's hard to believe that February is National Cherry month since cherry season is in the summer but we are very happy because we love cherries!
We love cherries so much we created a Cherry Smoked Pork Loin, that is melt in your mouth tender. It is sugar-cured which creates a mild, moist flavor and smoked with cherry wood to create a dark smoked flavor. Slice it thin for sandwiches or slice it thick to serve as an entree. No cooking required, just heat and serve.
We also love cherry sauces which can be used to baste our meats; beef tenderloin, ham, pork steaks, pork chops and turkey.
