Celebrate National Brisket Day May 28 at the Hermann Wurst Haus

Hermann Wurst Haus is excited about National Brisket Day on May 28 because Wurstmeister Mike knows how to cook brisket.  It's one of his favorite meats to pit smoke and slow cook, Wurst Haus style.

What is brisket?

Brisket is one of the nine beef prime cuts, located in the breast or lower chest area of a cow, and can be a tough cut of meat.  The best way to tenderize it, is to slow-cook it by braising or roasting.  What most people think of "brisket" as, is BBQ basted meat that is so tender it falls off the bone.

That's exactly what Wurstmeister Mike does.  He makes his brisket so tender and full of flavor you can't stop eating.

Stop by the Hermann Wurst Haus on National Brisket Day and enjoy our Cattleman's Beefeater Sandwich; pit smoked, slow cooked beef brisket piled high on a brioche bun with your favorite 2 sides for only $9.99.  We also sell by the pound, so you can take some home to your family.
