Celebrate Cinco de Mayo with Hermann Wurst Haus Bacon

Celebrate Cinco de Mayo on May 5th with our Mexican-Style Bacon, sugar cured and hickory smoked, thick sliced and full of flavor. 

Add to Chicken, Bacon and Guacamole Sandwiches for a real treat!

Here's our recipe:

8 slices Focaccia bread

3/4 cup Guacamole

1/2 pound sliced roasted chicken

8 strips Mexican-Style Wurst Haus bacon, cooked

4 slices Pepper Jack cheese

4 slices tomato

4 pieces lettuce

1/4 cup Ranch dressing

Spread Guacamole on the Focaccia bread slices.  Layer chicken, bacon, cheese, tomato, lettuce and top with Ranch dressing.
