Taco Flavored Bratwurst

Our Taco Flavored Bratwurst is packed full of south of the border zest, flavored with taco seasoning and pepperjack cheese.  These brats are fully cooked and hickory smoked, perfect for a quick dinner.  Wurstmeister Mike adds this to his soft shell taco and burrito grande recipes with house salsa.  Yummy!

Jalapeno Peach Bratwurst

The Jalapeno Peach Bratwurst is made with lean pork, seasonings, spices, added peaches and jalapenos, so you get a little bit of peach and a little bit of heat, sounds like my x-wife, number 6 (just kidding) she wasn't like that at all!  (just kidding, again)

Bockwurst

Traditionally a springtime sausage, made during the Easter season, however we try to keep it stocked year round.  It's made with a delicate blend of pork, seasonings, fresh chives and stuffed into a natural lam casing.  

German-Style Bratwurst

Enjoy the German-style bratwurst with your favorite cold beer, kraut, red and green bell peppers, spicy mustard on a pretzel bun.  Seasoned with sea salt, pepper, sugar, and garlic.  Better order extra!
