The BBQ smoker is a stainless steel, wood fired, gas assisted, 10 rack revolving, pass through custom built, one of a kind, smoker BBQ unit. 

We plan on using it all day and all night! What will we use it for? Anything we want to including pork steaks, baby back ribs, chicken, brisket, butts, vegetables, ham hocks, hog heads, and much much more. 

With its unique see through doors the public can watch the revolving screens as it cooks, smokes and creates an experience worth talking and eating about! Today’s food is all about the experience. Come experience that at the Hermann Wurst Haus! We are not only famous for our WURST!!
