As it turns out, the Hermann Wurst Haus employees are not the only ones that really love bacon. On Saturday June 13, 2015 from 5-9 PM we will be one of 20 vendors celebrating all things bacon at the Baconfest in Washington, Missouri!

The third annual event will be held at the Pork Pavilion on the Washington Fairgrounds. Aside from the obvious joy of spending an evening eating bacon creations, proceeds go to support two local charities, the Washington Rotary and Emmaus Homes. So join us for contests including: bacon eating, amateur bacon recipes, bacon apparel, and hog calling.

We will also be sampling our Bacon Potato and Cheddar Bratwurst, Pineapple Bacon Bratwurst, Bourbon Pepper Bacon and our five flavors of craft “Wurst” sodas!
